1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

3. Refunds

Processing Refunds

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Approval: If approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Timeframe: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Partial Refunds

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Original Shipping Costs: If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item:

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notification: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.

7. Cancellations

Before Shipment

After Shipment

  • Process: If the order has already been shipped, please follow our standard return procedures after you receive the item.
